Tom Cooper joined SRP in 2001 and has been the Director of Strategic Planning and Economic Development at SRP since January 2018. In this role, he also leads SRP’s Sustainability Policy & Programs, Electric Vehicles, and Research Archives and Heritage functions. Prior to this time, he was the Director of Resource Planning and Development for six years and has also held various management, commodity trading, and analysis roles at SRP. Tom moved to Arizona from Wyoming in 1994 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
