We consider the important role we play in delivering water and power to the Valley to be our top priority. This includes maintaining the safety, health and well-being of our customers, employees and the greater community.
With that in mind, SRP’s irrigation services will continue to operate. We are actively monitoring and following all guidance from the CDC, including taking steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
What’s changed for irrigation customers
At this time, we are temporarily suspending paper schedules and notices.
- Printed paper schedules will no longer be posted on your neighborhood board.
- Private system repair notices will no longer be mailed.
- Customer communications are available by phone, online or by email.
Please note that irrigation deliveries will not be affected by this temporary change.
Stay connected and informed
We invite you to use My Account or download the SRP Water mobile app. Both are convenient options for scheduling water deliveries and accessing your account information. You can also sign up for text and email alerts to receive notifications on water schedules, order reminders and information about private system issues that may require attention or repairs.
We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at (602) 236-3333 to schedule your water delivery.
How you can help
As a safety measure, we have asked our field personnel to practice social distancing with each other and with our customers to help keep you and our employees healthy.
We kindly ask for your patience as we make adjustments to keep everyone safe while the communities we serve are impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This may also include longer-than-typical response times as we work to accommodate customer requests. We appreciate your continued support and understanding during this time as we make every effort to respond to your needs.
SRP’s current water supply
We recognize that this uncertain time has customers thinking about the reliable delivery of water and power. Rest assured, we have the practices and policies in place to ensure the reliable delivery of both.
In fact, the Salt and Verde river flows from this wet winter have filled SRP’s reservoirs to near capacity and put our water supply in great shape heading into this summer. The SRP reservoir system is currently at 98% of capacity and rising. To put this in context, this is the fullest our reservoirs have been since the spring of 2010!
