Cuando los \u00e1rboles crecen demasiado cerca de las l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas, pueden causar apagones y generar riesgos de seguridad. Trabajamos arduamente para evitar que esto suceda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programa de control de la vegetaci\u00f3n de SRP&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En SRP, podamos y eliminamos \u00e1rboles y otra vegetaci\u00f3n que representan un riesgo para nuestro sistema el\u00e9ctrico. Si se requiere trabajo, un equipo de poda contratado por SRP realiza la poda. Posteriormente, un silvicultor inspeccionar\u00e1 la poda para garantizar que la l\u00ednea el\u00e9ctrica est\u00e9 libre de obstrucciones. Una vez finalizado un trabajo, se registra en nuestro sistema de gesti\u00f3n de trabajos de vegetaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cEl objetivo de controlar la vegetaci\u00f3n en entornos urbanos es reducir la cantidad de \u00e1rboles que requieren poda anual en los sistemas de transmisi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de SRP y que representan un riesgo para la seguridad de los clientes\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Matthew G., Gerente de Control de la Vegetaci\u00f3n de SRP. \u201cEn entornos rurales, el objetivo es reducir el riesgo de incendios forestales a trav\u00e9s de la limpieza de los corredores de transmisi\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n incompatible con alto riesgo de incendio\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ideas err\u00f3neas sobre la poda de \u00e1rboles&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un error com\u00fan es creer que SRP es responsable de todo el mantenimiento de los \u00e1rboles y la vegetaci\u00f3n bajo las l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas. SRP solo poda la vegetaci\u00f3n una vez que ha crecido a menos de 10 pies de las l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas entre postes. Cuando una l\u00ednea el\u00e9ctrica va del poste al techo de la casa, la responsabilidad recae en el propietario. La mejor pr\u00e1ctica de seguridad es podar los \u00e1rboles antes de que crezcan a menos de 10 pies de la l\u00ednea el\u00e9ctrica. Si es necesario, SRP puede desconectar temporalmente el servicio el\u00e9ctrico para realizar la poda de forma segura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existen ideas err\u00f3neas sobre por qu\u00e9 se podan los \u00e1rboles de esta forma. Aunque los \u00e1rboles puedan verse diferentes despu\u00e9s de la poda, nuestra prioridad es podarlos de forma segura y saludable.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intensidad de la poda depende de:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La especie de \u00e1rbol&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La rapidez de crecimiento del \u00e1rbol&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ubicaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rbol cerca de la l\u00ednea el\u00e9ctrica&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El m\u00e9todo de riego del \u00e1rbol&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfAlguna vez SRP remueve \u00e1rboles?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un \u00e1rbol crece demasiado r\u00e1pido para el ciclo de mantenimiento de dos a\u00f1os, ofrecemos removerlo gratuitamente para los clientes y nuestros socios municipales. Nos hemos asociado con ciudades de todo el Valle para remover y reemplazar \u00e1rboles que invaden las l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas.
