Both are a time to reflect-on and recognize the Autistic community.\n\nWe believe that a neurologically diverse workforce is a benefit to all. As a result, SRP is working to attract, recruit, retain and develop this workforce of the future. SRP has partnered with The Precisionists Inc.<\/a>\u00a0(TPI), which works with companies nationwide to create job opportunities for people on the autism spectrum, harnessing their special talents.\n\nSRP was the first company in Arizona to partner with TPI. Instead of putting potential candidates through interviews \u2014 which many well-qualified people with autism struggle with \u2014 TPI assesses and trains them over a period of weeks to find out what kind of work suits them best.\n\nThose skills are then matched with available jobs or projects. An on-site TPI supervisor acts as the liaison between workers and management, ensuring that everyone\u2019s needs are being met. In addition, SRP became a Certified Autism Center<\/a> (CAC).
